NOTICE: All dogs must be leashed in the Shore Acres Estates common areas; including but not limited to the beach, docks and grassy picnic areas unless actively fetching or swimming in the water under the control of the owner. No dogs are allowed in the swim area; this includes the beach and picnic areas to the left of the boat launch.
